To use an ethernet shield with w5100, you need connect on this way:

Notice that the pins 10, 11, 12 and 13 are not plugged.

To complete pins that are missing, you can make it:

To prevent conflict between SD card from TFT and SD card on ethernet shield, you must remove pins 50, 51, 52 and 53 of the TFT shield.

Then make a bridge between R16 and pin 4 as shown in the image below.
