Dosers calibration resetting [SOLVED]

I have found a problem with my controller. I have calibrated the dosers and then done a manual dose and it works. But then I'd the controller resets and I do a manual dose, it comes up with thousands of seconds on journey and overdoses massively. If I then go to calibration all the values are correct and I click save and it works again until resetting again.

Also, if I configure and save on journey but then do a manual dose on the controller itself then I get the same problem. It has to be saved on both journey and the controller after every reset to function correctly.

I want to set them up on a custom setting so I don't have to manual but I don't trust that it will work properly if something causes a reset etc.
