More or less because you have to change IP address, gateway e credentials for web interface on code.

Also a PCF8575 is required otherwise you will get a white screen.

Hi!

You should NOT remove pins from ethernet shield. Just leave this pins disconnected then make a bridge as shown in this image.

This is not a problem with calibration if button test example is working fine.

Connect PCF8575 and RTC and it should solve the problem as I told before.

If do you want you should buy another NodeMCU. I won't give support for another model of ESP8266.

I'm recommending NodeMCU because it's very simple to set up.
